Rates quoted here generally apply to a 5-hour use of the space.
($35. per additional hour.)

Included in Rent:

Use of theatre and ground level concession area and restrooms

House with 486 permanent chairs (including 130 in balcony) plus
6 handicapped spaces, ticket office in vestibule, restrooms

Proscenium stage approximately 50' x 20' with maple floor

Backstage area approximately 56' x 40' with maple floor

Dressing rooms on lower level with access from backstage

8-channel sound system with 2-deck cassette player and CD player

NOT included in rent:

Liability Insurance and Deposit:

Tenant will provide the Center with a public liability insurance
certificate naming the Center as an additional insured
Tenant will provide the Center with a completed Production Data Sheet
before issuance of a final contract
To hold date, reservation deposit of half of total rental fee
will be due with signed contract

Cancellation with less than 90 days notice will result in forfeiture of rental deposit.
