Joel Salatin is a full-time alternative farmer and nationally known author from Virginia. His family farm services more than 1,500 families, 10 retail outlets, and 30 restaurants through on-farm sales and metropolitan buying clubs with salad bar beef, pastured poultry, pigaerator pork, forage-based rabbits, pastured turkey and forsetry products- using relationaship marketing. His speaking and writing reflect dirt-under-the fingernails experience punctuated with mischievous humor. He passionately defends. The evening will begin at 5:30pm with a presentation from the world renowned author, Joel Salatin.
